About Our Founder: Jared McDonald

Jared McDonald is a fourth-generation real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in property management and real estate investment consulting, and he currently oversees more than $130 million in real estate assets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies and a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus in Urban Planning.

In 2020, Jared served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce, further demonstrating his commitment to supporting small businesses. He has also held certifications as a Certified Residential Property Manager through the California Apartment Association and as a Certified Property Management Master via the California Association of Realtors.

Growing up in a family of small business owners, Jared has been immersed in the entrepreneurial spirit throughout his life. His parents founded Java Express, the second drive-through coffee shop in California, and have owned restaurants and participated in various business ventures. This background has instilled in him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with managing a business.

As a property manager, Jared is relentless in his dedication to client care. He has navigated complex situations, including dealing with extortion attempts and obtaining restraining orders to ensure the safety and security of his clients. His unwavering commitment to protecting and supporting those he serves sets him apart as a trusted expert in the field.
